Description
To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e-mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC) as well as e-mobility and Rail Traction under Hitachi owned COET business.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Responsibility for the financial performance, financial processes and internal controls of GCoC comprising of manufacturing and projects business in Italy and Switzerland
* Finance Business Partnering to COET General Manager and the Management Team
* Leading finance teams in Italy and Switzerland
* Responsibility for the financial control of tenders and projects through efficient risk reviews, project reviews and other governance measures
* Support strategic, business development and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
Your background:
* A master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
* 10+ years of experience in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and accounting in manufacturing or / and project environment ideally in an international company
* Strong financial management, people leadership and communication skills
* Change agent, can do attitude
* Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems
* Fluent in English and Italian
