About the Role:We are currently supporting a leading multinational Project Management Consultancy in the search for a Cost Controller to join their team in Italy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-end hospitality projects, with a particular focus on the renovation and restoration of heritage buildings, ensuring effective cost management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures
* Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses
* Support procurement and contract administration activities
* Identify potential cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies
* Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams
* Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Cost Controller within a PMC or similar environment
* Strong background in hospitality projects, ideally involving heritage building renovation/restoration
* Solid experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in Italy is preferred
* Flexibility to travel and work across Milano, Verona, and Venice
