It delivers innovative and field‑tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign research, service design, or strategic design roles with deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and Turbo thinking frameworks. /li liLead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups. /li liFacilitate workshops and design sessions to build cross‑functional alignment and drive consensus. /li liGuide teams to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking. /li liDesign intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready visual designs. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback. /li liSynthesize findings into actionable design principles resultado user stories, and prioritised requirements. /li liDefine and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline. /li liA minimum of 3 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B or enterprise projects, particularly data‑heavy applications and visualisations. /li liStrong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership. /li liDeep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices. /li liProfessional experience working effectively in cross‑functional agile teams. /li liVery good level of spoken and written English. /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is Tl great match, we'd love to hear from you!
