Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proficient Business Analyst within AFC Compliance Data Domain. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as liaison between Business Compliance and Digital for intensively data‑driven processes, defining adequate solutioning for answering business needs based on data trends and behavior, and supporting their delivery within multi‑year and multi‑country programs.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with AFC business stakeholders and data engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Analyze large and complex datasets related to digital banking activities to support Compliance AFC processes.
- Support AFC and regulatory compliance initiatives through data‑driven insights.
- Produce specifications including definition of data gaps, data mapping, and transformation logic to satisfy business needs.
- Contribute to leading and coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of compliance‑related initiatives within the digital banking environment.
- Ensure consistent delivery of regulatory commitments related to AFC data‑driven initiatives.
- Define and perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance data.
- Support Maintenance Team by analyzing incidents, using statistical techniques and query languages, and automating recurring compliance reports/tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5‑7 years of experience in AFC Compliance Domain.
- Functional knowledge of compliance data‑driven processes such as TxM scenario calibration, CRR indicators computation, and data needed to run batch AML processes.
- Demonstrated experience in a banking or financial services environment and multi‑country/multi‑year complex initiatives.
- Solid experience and familiarity with usage of data lake solutions (Palantir, Google).
- Good programming languages (Python and SQL).
- Problem‑solving attitude.
- Business acumen and enterprise knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze big volumes of data to intercept data behaviors.
- A collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively in a team.
