• Define and lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, with the aim of maximizing revenue through the development of relationships with luxury clientele, strategic partners, and high-value market segments.
• Coordinate sales, pricing, and product positioning activities, ensuring consistency with the image of exclusivity, prestige, and service excellence of the property.
• Develop and consolidate the client portfolio, promoting personalized experiences and long-term commercial relationships within the luxury hospitality segment.
• Monitor commercial performance, analyzing market trends, business opportunities, and sales campaign results.
• Actively collaborate with General Management, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Represent the hotel in high-level commercial contexts, industry events, and networking activities, promoting the brand and the values of the property.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and luxury hospitality service standards, maintaining a strong focus on excellence, discretion, and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality establishments.
