About the role:
BYD, a global leader in the new energy and electric vehicle industry, is seeking a skilled and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Europe. This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content to effectively communicate our brand's vision, engage our target audiences, and support our business goals across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and optimize written and multimedia content for various channels: OOH, websites, social media advertising, email campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams ensure content aligns with branding guidelines,regional strategies
• High ability to use AI tools for fast and effective content creation.
• Adapt global content for European audiences, maintaining cultural relevance and consistency in tone and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify key trends.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
• Guarantee consistency of message across touchpoints during product launches.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role in the European market.Experience in automotive is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to use AI tools.
• Very good copywriting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual skills are a plus (especially in major European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
