Monitor occupancy and pricing trendsSuggest improvements to increase revenue and booking flowKeep property listings polished, optimized, and competitive
Operational Efficiency
Use PMS and automation tools to streamline tasksTrack property performance and operational metricsEnsure deadlines, turnovers, and service standards are consistently met
Quality & Compliance
Maintain property standards and guest‐ready conditionsSupport compliance with short‐term rental guidelinesUphold best practices across the portfolio
Required:
Strong operational and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple properties efficientlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working independently in a remote setting
Preferred:
