Responsibilities
- Make material flow within the organization through S&OP;, Forecasts, Supply Chain techniques and WMS
- Promote cell level loading through supermarkets (FGS, Fav. Selection, etc.) on high runners
- Promote pull system within the value streams
- Constantly update material flow parameters on demand
- Partner with Material planning and Procurement to maintain proper inventory levels to fulfill demand
- Coordinate Production planning team members
- Continuous improvement initiatives on OTP/OTR, inventory level, and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years production scheduling/planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of MRP logic, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, lead‑time concepts, inventory policies, and material workflow
- Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, KPI monitoring, and root‑cause problem solving
- Good English knowledge
