Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the leadership and management of the store.
Economic Management:
* Ensures the achievement of commercial objectives and continuous growth of KPIs;
* Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through sales strategies.
Personnel Management:
* Assists the Store Manager in optimal staff organization within the store;
* Participates in staff recruitment in collaboration with the Store Manager;
* Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group;
* Ensures quality customer service in compliance with procedures;
* Handles complaints professionally and effectively;
* Maintains the store’s overall presentation in collaboration with the visual merchandising team to enhance profitability;
* Ensures proper execution of product launch guidelines.
Logistics / Loss Prevention:
* Manages product inflows and outflows;
* Participates actively in loss prevention and control in agreement with the Store Manager;
* Oversees daily cash register operations.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Proficiency in Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
* Career progression focus;
