Our leading brands include ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.Position SummaryThe Accounting Specialist will support the Finance department by managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with reporting and compliance. This role requires strong attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesGeneral AccountingPrepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Intercompany accounting, reconciliation and managementAccounts ReceivableMonitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.Taxes and fiscal declarationsTeam support on:Witholding Taxes, Tax exempt declaration, virtual stampYearly TP DocumentF24 for tax paymentIntrastatFinancial Reporting & AnalysisSupport preparation of financial statements and management reports.Assist in variance analysis and budget tracking.Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.Contribute to system enhancements and automation initiatives.Position RequirementsExperience:Experience in accounting or finance roles.Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, or similar).Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Other Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
