Banca Generali is a leading company in Italy in private banking, able to offer its customers the best strategies for effective financial planning. The Business Process Automation Delivery Manager role is part of Direzione IT & Operations structure: he/she will guide the evolutionary roadmap for BPA platforms, mainly based on Pega technology, working closely with the business stakeholders and managing delivery team and suppliers to guarantee the coherence of the delivery to the business needs and corporate goals. The Business Process Automation Lead main tasks will be: - Support all corporate functions in the transformation and digitalization of business processes, putting in place all IT activities and implementations needed - Coordinate stakeholders involved in the Software Development Life Cycle, starting from internal customers, teams members, suppliers and third parties - Build Pega and low-code Center of Excellence, maximizing the use of these technologies within Banca Generali - Control running costs vs assigned budget - E2E enterprise IT development with strong planning and governance skills - Understanding of both business and technology challenges - Team leadership, with management of people with different background and seniority - Ability to effectively communicate complex problems and solutions, adopting the most suitable register with IT structures and with the main business stakeholders - Problem-solving, able to work with mínimal supervision and under pressure, on multiple areas in parallel and in a fast-paced context - Experience with Pega Additional skills: - 3 years of experience as IT project manager - Pega certifications - Experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management - Experience in low-code/no-code platforms - Availability to travel to other Banca Generali offices (Milano / Trieste)
