Part Time 30h</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main duties:</strong></p><p>To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>To maximize sales for the store;</p><p>To develop enduring relationships with clients;</p><p>To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;</p><p>To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;</p><p>To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;</p><p>To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;</p><p>To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;</p><p>To handle returns of merchandise;</p><p>To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;</p><p>To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;</p><p>To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;</p><p>To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;</p><p>To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;</p><p>To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Candidate:</strong></p><p>Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;</p><p>Retail or service industry experience;</p><p>Great customer service and people skills;</p><p>Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;</p><p>Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;</p><p>Ability to work towards goals;</p><p>Strong organizational skills;</p><p>Dynamic and creative.</p>
