Responsibilities
* Visit assigned clients daily within the area of responsibility, ensuring proper and effective use of Zimmer Biomet products for patient safety.
* Collaborate with the operational sales team to support logistical activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets.
* Train new clients on Recon & DTS products.
* Meet healthcare professionals regularly using catalogs, presentations, samples, and tools.
* Gather market information to meet customer needs.
* Train healthcare professionals on surgical techniques through workshops and tools, independently or with the marketing team.
* Provide technical advice in the operating room for proper product use and implementation.
* Offer technical support regarding new robotic technologies.
* Follow up on implanted products, contacting clients to assess the correct execution and surgical outcomes.
* Ensure availability of materials in operating rooms according to surgical schedules.
* Verify sterilization and correct receipt of implants with hospitals.
* Work with the local team to achieve annual sales goals.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device sector, preferably orthopedics, as a product specialist, sales representative, agent, or instrument technician.
* Willingness to travel daily within the area of responsibility.
* Interest in technology.
* Teamwork skills.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
