The engineers will support a projected peak of workload expected by the client over the next year, acting astechnical coordinatorsbetween internal and external (or field) design offices.The role involves technical coordination, design review, and support activities related to civil and structural aspects of industrial projects.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate design activities between internal and external engineering offices.Review civil and structural design documents to ensure compliance with project standards.Support the definition and verification of structural calculations, foundations, and concrete/steel works.Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical) to resolve interface issues.Provide technical input to field teams and assist in project planning and progress monitoring.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards.RequirementsDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent technical background).Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant design or construction.Strong knowledge of structural analysis, reinforced concrete, and steel structures.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners.Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (Eurocodes, EN, etc.).Good knowledge of English or Italian (minimum good working level).EU citizenship preferred.
