**What does an Regional EHS Manager do?**:
The Regional EHS Manager leads EHS programs across EMEA manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards. - **Reduce risks**by supporting loss-prevention strategies, environmental management improvements, and safer processes.
- **Guide change and capital projects**, ensuring regulatory needs and life safety risks are properly addressed.
- **Analyze and interpret EHS performance data** to identify trends, define targets, and implement proactive improvement plans. **Qualifications**: - Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline.
- EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a multinational setting.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to coordinate teams and drive projects to completion.
