We are seeking a highly operational and numbers-oriented individual, capable of generating qualified demand and transforming it into concrete opportunities, managing the entire process from strategy definition to contract closing.

What you'll do Strategize and manage outbound and inbound campaigns in specific verticals (industry, energy, agritech, mobility) Building target lists and accounts, messaging, sequences, A/B testing Funnel setup and optimization: landing pages, forms, tracking, email, booking, CRM Lead qualification (clear criteria, scoring), initial discovery calls, transition to meetings with decision makers Pipeline management and reporting: conversion rate per step, CAC, time to meeting, time to close Closing support: follow-up, materials, proposals, internal coordination What we're looking for "Metrics before opinions" mindset Concrete experience in marketing automation and B2B demand generation (preferably in deeptech, industrial, IoT, energy) Ability to write messages that get a response (direct copy, no fluff) Good command of CRM and workflow (HubSpot or similar), automation and data hygiene tools Autonomy: starting from a basic foundation and building a solid system scalable Nice to have Experience with: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot sequences, LinkedIn outbound Landing page copy and conversion-oriented content Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market sales cycles KPIs

Contract & Compensation Option A. Hiring (Italy) Employee (CCNL based on profile) xpavfwm Full-time Gross salary: 22k + variable salary tied to objectives (premio on qualified meetings and/or revenue) Option B.
