PpOn behalf of a client company operating in the space field, we are looking for an AIT Manager for the Milan Office. The ideal candidate will be the focal point for all AIT activities related to a specific project. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate all AIT resources allocated to the project. /li liHave knowledge and practical experience with mechanics, physics, basic electrical and functional principles of a satellite. /li liReport to the Head of the AIT Department. /li liWork and coordinate the work. /li liParticipate in all project phases since the proposal one. /li liPrepare and maintain the AIT Plan and the AIT Flow. /li liCreate the AIT Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the relevant Work Packaging Documents (WPD) as input for the Project WBS/WPD. /li liEvaluate labor and non‑labor costs for all AIT activities from project start to completion. /li liMaintain and manage the AIT schedule. /li liCoordinate all resources executing AIT activities, even if they do not belong to the AIT Department. /li liEstablish and implement shift plans for nominal and critical activities, including campaigns. /li liMonitor progress, prepare cost reports and update ETC/EAC values. /li liPrepare and lead daily meetings when applicable. /li liEnsure quality rules are applied and implement corrective actions if necessary. /li liPlan and monitor preparation of AIT documentation (Procedures, dashboards, setup design, as‑run procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR). /li liProvide input to the risk register. /li liVerify availability of inputs required for AIT jobs (tests, configuration requirements, system schedule, user manuals, etc.). /li liCoordinate technical aspects of test facilities procurement and support commercial aspects. /li liPrepare, participate in and lead EVT and launch campaigns when envisaged. /li liParticipate or coordinate AIT participation to IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, progress meetings and other project reviews. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or comparable in Aerospace Engineering or similar. /li liProfessional experience of at least five years in the domain of AIT. /li liAbility to coordinate resources and organize work in single or double shifts. /li liGood interpersonal skills internally and externally with customers. /li liConfidence with space business documentation (satellite payload equipment user manuals, architecture, design and test requirements, procedures, assembly drawings, etc.). /li liUnderstanding of issues, identification of root causes, definition of solutions. /li liGood reporting capabilities and easy communication to management and resources under coordination. /li liAvailability to execute work also in long‑term missions, as per environmental or launch campaigns. /li liAvailability to work multiple shifts or on weekends and bank holidays to meet project milestones. /li liKnowledge of quality principles applicable to space business, inside and outside a clean room. /li liCapability to endorse lessons learned and implement them in future activities. /li liProficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Project, and possibly other project control tools; use of CAD viewer software. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pOther /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
