This includes managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating launch readiness, and ensuring product manufacturability, quality, cost, and timing objectives are met. /p pReports to Master Plan Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage Process Project Leaders and ensure implementation of KPI standards. /li liDefine transformation cost and coordinate with Stellantis Production Way and plant excellence teams. /li liEnsure readiness for X0 Phase and manage slow builds and defect detection. /li liImplement action plans to meet project targets during plant landing and quality convergence. /li liRepresent the plant in manufacturing teams and coordinate launch activities. /li /ul h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul liGraduate degree in engineering or related field. /li li3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments. /li liStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical scope. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liLeadership, communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving abilities. /li liExperience in project and program management. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
