3+ years of experience in in-house payroll. Working knowledge of electronic attendance tracking systems (e.g., Zucchetti, Explora) is an advantage. Excellent understanding of labor law. Preferred additional experience within an international shared service environment, with a minimum of 12 months' experience. Fluent in Italian and English. Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
