H3Executive Solutions Manager / Consultant /h3pReporting to: EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director /ppLocation: 1 position - south of Europe, remotely in FR, IT, ES or PT /ph3What You Will Be Doing at Arrow /h3pIn collaboration with the sales teams, leverage Arrow's enterprise solutions, a growth mindset, and a consultative selling approach to engage both traditional and non-traditional customers. Target VP-level+ customer influencers and decision-makers, sometimes independently of the sales team, to differentiate Arrow from competitors and achieve sales, margin, and fee growth, capturing a leading share of TAM. /ph3The Skills That Will Help You to Succeed /h3ulliBuild detailed knowledge of Arrow's high-end supply chain solutions portfolio. /liliUse consultative questioning to identify customer pain points and create tailored solutions. /liliEmploy quantitative and qualitative methods to support benefits statements and increase Arrow's share of the customer's wallet. /liliCollaborate with sales teams using tools like whitespace analysis to identify high-potential customers. /liliDevelop strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision-makers. /liliUnderstand Arrow's financial objectives to ensure solutions meet thresholds within acceptable timelines. /liliMaintain implemented supply chain solutions, transitioning to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams. /li /ulh3Supply Chain-as-a-Service /h3pIn some cases, it may be strategic to charge consulting fees for engagements, especially when there is no clear path to an increased billing relationship. /ph3Enterprise Solutions Portfolio /h3pThis includes Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, IoT Foundry eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, and AMSS. /ph3Dimensions /h3ulliField-based and customer-facing /liliConsultative selling at Director, VP, and C-suite levels /liliTerritory with €1bn+ existing sales across all customer types /liliInternational travel as required /li /ulh3Key Interfaces /h3ulliSales Leaders and Regional Sales Managers /liliExecutive team (as needed) /liliSubject matter experts within Arrow Business Units /liliBusiness Process Excellence Reporting Team /liliIT teams /li /ulh3What Are We Looking For? /h3ulliKnowledge of the electronic component industry, supply chain, and manufacturing practices /liliExperience in solution selling and influencing at the executive level /liliProblem-solving skills and strategic thinking /liliFast learner with project management skills /liliAbility to work collaboratively within a team /liliExcellent English skills; additional languages are a plus /li /ulh3About Us /h3pArrow Electronics has been guiding innovation for over 180,000 technology manufacturers and service providers.
