As the Worldwide Lead for GTM, you will lead a team of Business Development Specialists, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects and work closely with product leadership to develop, accelerate, and sell current and new HCLS products using the full range of GTM levers – direct engagement, field enablement, marketing, partners, analyst engagement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liHire, develop, and manage a team of Business Development Specialists, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects. /li liDevelop and deliver a comprehensive GTM strategy that delivers revenue, market share, and team/product targets. /li liDrive scalable sales engagements, grow and accelerate a robust sales pipeline, and deliver on reliable forecasts. /li liLead customer engagements with senior business and technical decision makers; develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts. /li liWork with the product team to develop new products and services that delight HCLS customers, providing commercial expertise and developing GTM and route‑to‑market strategy. /li liConstantly seek non‑linear paths to scale the commercial success of HCLS solutions; own and improve key GTM mechanisms; define and drive operational processes and excellence with sales teams. /li liRepresent the HCLS business internally to geo sales and business executives, leadership, service team leadership, and WW business teams. /li liCollaborate across product, sales, solution architecture, business development, marketing, partners, legal, and enablement to deliver the HCLS GTM strategy. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience building relationships and influencing at the C‑level of Fortune 500 customers. /li liBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. /li li5+ years of quota‑carrying field sales management or business development experience leading teams selling to medium and large enterprise customers. /li li5+ years’ experience successfully building and executing go‑to‑market plans for medium and large enterprise customers. /li liExpertise and experience selling business‑technology solutions to the healthcare and life sciences industries. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with cloud computing technologies. /li liProven track record in creating net new demand that builds a sustainable business. /li liDeep HCLS technology expertise. /li liSkill at presenting and communicating an expansive vision tied to specific solutions or commercial objectives. /liliDemonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and in a matrixed organization. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
