PpIn the role of FB Coordinator at Grand Hotel Timeo you will provide support to the Food Beverage Manager and the FB department in daily administrative and operational activities. This role will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the hotel's service standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage internal and external correspondence and communications for the FB department. /li liMaintain archives of documents, contracts, suppliers, and departmental files. /li liPrepare reports, analyses, and presentations as requested by the FB Manager. /li liCreate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for Food Beverage procurements, including follow‑up. /li liAssist in scheduling and managing FB staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage. /li liCoordinate special guest requests and dietary preferences, communicating them to kitchen and service teams. /li liSupport inventory management and verify supplier deliveries. /li liMonitor and ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP) and operational procedures. /li liManage and coordinate reservations for restaurants and bars, responding to guest inquiries and ensuring proper organization. /li liAct as a point of contact between the FB department and other hotel departments. /li liParticipate in FB department meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes. /li liMaintain effective communication with staff. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience (minimum 1-2 years) in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the FB sector of luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants. /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written); a third language will be considered a plus. /li liProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with FB management systems (e.g., POS, inventory management software). /li liGood organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure. /li liProactive attitude and a problem‑solving approach. /li liFlexible working hours, including availability to work weekends and holidays if required. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWhat We Offer: /p ul liSeasonal contract according with "C.C.N.L.
