Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Commercial, CSS&T; & Proprietary Programs Business** unit, we are looking for a **Contract Management officer** for our **Venegono Superiore** office.The resource will be able to carry out the following activities:* Monitoring of activity progress in compliance with contractual requirements;
* Management of the delivery phase to the customer;
* Forecasting and Control of economics (orders/invoicing/collections/credits);
* Coordination of back-office activities;
* Monitoring of contract milestones in collaboration with the Program Manager;
* Management of commercial opportunities and variants related to the contract(s) of competence;
* Management of contractual claims (active and passive);
* Interface with company functions and with company management/mgmt with reporting responsibility (weekly/monthly);
* Support for the definition of Budget/Forecast Directives;
* Participate in interdisciplinary working groups.**Educational qualification:** Three-year degree preferably in a Technical or Economic area.**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Commercial skills (offer preparation, negotiation, customer management);
* Knowledge of the sector is a plus.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team;
* Openness to dialogueand continuous discussion;

* Result-oriented mindset.**Language skills:**Good knowledge of spoken and written English.**Computer skills:*** Advanced Excel and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
