We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary innovation, development, and brand standards. This individual will be responsible for supporting the creation of upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing hospitality and culinary driven operations with proven results. Responsibilities include area culinary leadership, menu development, hands-on cooking, culinary system implementation, opening new businesses, cost management, training of kitchen staff, and food safety programs.
This person will bring a strong focus in customer service with great communication skills, an eye for high-end restaurant quality food, and a high level of organization. They will be responsible for developing people and talent, as well as recruiting new chefs and higher levels of talent.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a hospitality or culinary setting
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Extremely organized and proficient in Microsoft Office products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A passion for food, knowledge of trends, seasonality, and local sustainability
* High technical delivery standards and accountability
