Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young graduate to join its national retail network.
Position Overview
As a Customer Manager you will work with the branch team to assist customers in banking operations, support colleagues in meeting qualitative and quantitative targets, and, over time, manage a portfolio of clients independently. Full time.
Responsibilities
* Interact directly with customers and provide assistance for all banking operations.
* Learn and promote the bank’s product and service offers.
* Contribute to achieving sales and service targets.
* Handle a client portfolio independently as you grow in the role.
* Serve as the first step toward future consulting roles within the group.
Qualifications
* Graduate (Bachelor/BSc) in humanities, economics, law or quantitative fields.
* Enthusiastic, resilient and client‑oriented with excellent relational skills.
* Proactive, empathetic, precise, adaptable and commercially minded.
* Ability to work quickly, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Basic knowledge of banking products (loans, mortgages, insurance, cards, …) and awareness of AML/Transparency regulations.
* Languages: English B1 and/or French B1.
