We’re looking for highly motivated finance professionals to join our Corporate Finance & Controlling Function as Regional Controllers — key roles that oversee financial and controlling activities across our international subsidiaries.
This program offers the unique opportunity to develop strategic insight and hands-on expertise in a complex, multinational environment.
During and after your training, you will:
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial records, ensuring alignment with both Group accounting principles and local regulations
Track capex projects, budgets, and spending efficiency
Drive and monitor the budgeting and forecasting processes across the Region
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or controlling roles, ideally in a multinational company
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
Fluency in English ; other languages are a plus
Willingness to relocate internationally
Available for an 18-month cross-functional training program in Milan HQ
Up to 30–40% travel
