PpFour Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. /ppOn behalf of an important Cosmetics Company we are looking for a: /ph3Business Controller /h3pReporting directly to the Operations Director, your mission will be to support financial planning and controlling activities, ensuring accurate reporting, business analysis, and cross‑functional support to drive company performance and efficiency. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage monthly and annual closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes. /liliPrepare and improve management reporting and profitability analyses to support business decisions. /liliPerform variance analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, providing actionable recommendations. /liliSupport financial evaluation of investments and cost optimization initiatives. /liliDevelop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in collaboration with Headquarters. /liliParticipate in process improvement and system development projects, including AI‑related tools. /liliSupport cost controlling activities with focus on GA, logistics, and CAPEX. /liliPartner with internal departments, including Sales, on budgeting, forecasting, and customer‑related analyses. /liliPrepare KPI reporting and performance analyses, including PL and customer profitability analysis. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods companies. /liliStrong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial and business processes. /liliStructured, reliable, and autonomous working style with strong team spirit. /liliAbility to manage priorities and work under deadlines. /liliHands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset. /liliVery good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is considered a plus. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliAvailability for occasional business travel, including visits to Headquarters. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
