The role involves assisting the sales Director and Sales Area Manager for the mobile product line in processing and administrative follow-up of mobile crane orders. /ppstronguMain Responsibilities in the Role /u /strong /polliReviewing new orders: coordinating shipping procurement and logistics, managing IPC and analyzing costs, overseeing SOC management if applicable. /liliProcessing new orders: data entry, inputting correct specifications and customer data into systems (SAP, Baan), liaising with factories and other head office departments. /liliOrder follow-up and execution: communicating with Operations Planning regarding delivery schedules, coordinating with Finance on payment methods, providing feedback and information to customers/dealers, invoicing, and maintaining data in COB.
