Position Overview
The Cost Control Engineer, part of the Project Control and Project Risk Management Department, will support cost control activities in coordination with the team, focusing on:
1. Developing project-specific Cost Control procedures.
2. Creating and revising the Control Budget based on the Commercial Budget during project execution.
3. Implementing and maintaining cost control systems at the project's initial phase, aligned with the client's headquarters and other sites.
4. Monitoring key cost parameters throughout project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction), analyzing variances, and proposing mitigation actions.
5. Assessing the impact of cost increases in one area on others.
6. Monitoring quantities and costs related to site variations and contractual changes.
7. Supporting risk management activities alongside the Risk Manager.
8. Collecting data on personnel, suppliers, procurement, logistics, and operational costs.
9. Preparing Cost Control Reports (PRISM) and variance analyses.
10. Developing project cash-flow plans.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or Economic Sciences.
* English proficiency (B1-B2 level).
* 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with EPC contractors in oil & gas, energy, or construction sectors, especially with international projects, is a plus.

Fano (PU), Italy. Willingness to undertake long-term missions or assignments domestically or abroad.
