Provide people subject matter expertise, process people operations matters and ensure that the localized people strategies are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. Contribute to a constructive cooperation with workers council/unions where applicable /li liExecute all operational People tasks at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience /li liSupport the building of local business competence performance working on relevant People goals /li liEnsure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents with the right contracts in close collaboration with the headquarters Recruitment Team, Market Area and Staff Planning specialist /li liEnsure and execute delivery of learning training at unit level, unless provided by the Market Area /li liSecuring engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers /li liImplement Health and Wellbeing initiatives at unit level /li liSupport staff costs /li liEnsure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand /li liImplement a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and unions, and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws /li /ul pIKEA is all about people, and our team make sure to bring the best people on board to keep our strong spirit of togetherness.
