Responsibilities
Through continuous internal training, you will support our Recruiters in the following activities:
* Publishing job ads and initial screening of applications
* Identifying profiles that best match open positions
* Conducting structured phone interviews to assess motivation and key skills
* Engaging with client companies via multimailing to promote profiles and update our database using specific management software
Ideal Candidate
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree in a humanistic or economic field
* Attention to detail, curiosity, and goal-oriented attitude
* Ability to work in a team
* Availability for a 3-month full-time internship (9-18 with one hour lunch break)
* Support, training, and constructive feedback during the internship
* A stimulating and dynamic work environment
