Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible and we are expanding rapidly in Japan. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pThe Hub Delivery Expansion Capacity Management Lead is accountable for driving partner acquisition strategy, Sales team expansion, and network capacity optimization to meet growing operational demands. The Lead will lead the end‑to‑end aspects of partner onboarding, tracking and reviewing, utilizing technologies like Hugo and CTO for optimal location and partner selection. The position requires close collaboration with the Hub Delivery Program team to execute partner acquisition strategies while ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives and Sales member hiring timelines. The role demands strong leadership skills in scaling the Sales team, including hiring of other role members, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking to build the talent pool and create structured training modules for Sales other functions. Stakeholder management will be a key prerequisite, liaising with multiple program, planning and vendor teams.
