Position Summary
Our fast-growing Biddable Media team is looking for a skilled specialist to manage our top clients.
The ideal candidate will focus on driving performance through key channels and act as an expert in all aspects of biddable media activities. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, developing strategies, and analyzing products. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.).
2. Assist the client services team with daily account management for multiple international clients.
3. Develop strategies to reach target audiences and maximize conversions across platforms.
4. Conduct product analysis to determine the best strategy and bidding approach for each campaign.
5. Analyze outcomes to refine strategies, maximize results, and generate insights for innovation.
6. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, paid search, and paid social media to bring innovative ideas.
Desired Skills & Experience
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including tracking and optimization.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Experience working with Direct Response clients.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English and native Italian speaker.
* Organized and proactive in managing client relationships.
* Knowledge of analytics tools, tag managers, and platforms like Search Ads 360 is a plus.
* Knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g., FanpageKarma, Socialbakers) is a plus.
