Position: _Strive for the Exceptional _ Join Loro Piana's Avenue Manager In Training Program This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana. During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the _Maison _’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges. The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable. Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office. Job responsibilities: Loro Piana's têxtile division oversees a comprehensive production process, from selecting the finest raw materials to creating exceptional yarns and fabrics. Our Avenue Manager In Training Program in Textile Salesis designed to equip you for a career in the têxtile industry, with a strong emphasis on tradition, innovation and a customer centric vision. This program will provide you with a deep understanding of Loro Piana’s têxtile production processes and the excellence behind our yarns and fabrics. The journey begins with an induction at one of our stores, followed by hands-on missions in fabric manufacturing and sales management. The program culminates in an international experience where you will gain strategic insights and commercial acumen essential for your career. Upon completion of the program, you will join our sales managementteam and contribute to Loro Piana’s future success. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field - Up to 3 yearsof related work experience, including internships - Availability to start a full-time position by April 2025: - Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship - Proficiency in English, Italian and French: - Willingness to travel and relocate globally Additional information: What will be your employment type? The selected participant will be hired with a permanent contract. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
