Our customer is an important industrial group, leader in the design and production of systems and components for the automotive sector. In order to implement the new Electrification BU, we have been commissioned to search for a figure of: PCB DESIGNER - AUTOMOTIVE The PCB Designer reports to the HW Area Coordinator and deals with the Hardware design. Specifically, the PCB Designer deals with: - Feasibility and pre-layout analysis - Layout design of multilayer and high density PCBs ensuring manufacturability, quality and testability - Management of output formats, technical and assembly documentation - Ensure the correct flow of information to and from suppliers of printed circuit boards and board assembly lines. Main skills required: - Good knowledge of CAD for PCB design (eg Altium, Mentor, Cadence) - Knowledge of layout rules (IPC), Footprint and Library Management; - PCB routing, post layout thermal analysis and simulation capabilities; - Good knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity concepts will be a plus Location: Italy (Brescia) LI-VR
