We are currently seeking an ETS Procurement Manager, reporting directly to the ETS Director, to join our Emerging Technologies Sourcing (ETS) team based in Rome, Italy. About the role: As a Procurement Manager within the Emerging Technologies Sourcing (ETS) team, you will play a strategic role influencing the company's roadmap. ETS supports all Technip Energies Business Lines with sourcing and procurement of materials, services, transportation, logistics, vendor quality, and performance management. The ETS team focuses on Emerging Technologies, disruptive innovation, energy transition, sustainability, and circularity. Your responsibilities include: End-to-end sourcing of high-tech materials and services. Supply chain development for proprietary solutions. Cost optimization for innovative projects. Supporting company strategies. This role offers a platform to influence, innovate, and drive change across the organization. As the ETS Procurement Manager, you will: Implement sourcing strategies for Emerging Technologies initiatives. Scout for emerging technologies, materials, and services. Collaborate with global functions and business lines. Establish partnerships and framework agreements. Streamline procurement processes for technology industrialization. Support M&A activities by assessing technology providers. Manage tenders, estimates, and studies for ET projects. Enhance ETS visibility via communication and networking. Perform market intelligence and assessment of new players. Develop and maintain a Master Vendor List for Emerging Technologies. Drive ESG initiatives within ETS. Conduct cost and opportunity analysis. Develop agile procurement plans for ET initiatives. Coordinate with global centers for resource management. Monitor ETS spend and deliverables. Develop expertise in disruptive tech markets. Contribute to executive reporting and KPI monitoring. Support sourcing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Starting Date: ASAP or by 2025. Experience in sourcing, procurement, or EPC project execution in the energy sector. Proven success in delivering outcomes and cost savings. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and autonomous working skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English. Willingness to travel internationally. Nice to have: Background in Productization, Industrialization, and Production. Experience in Emerging Technologies, energy transition, AI. Experience in sourcing, procurement, or EPC in Oil & Gas.
