\n

Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and grow our relationships with Enterprise clients.\nYou’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most strategic customers, ensuring they get continuous value from TextYess, achieve measurable ROI, and expand their usage over time.\nThis is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and success, with the opportunity to help shape our Enterprise Customer Success function from the ground up.\nOwn retention and expansion for Enterprise accounts.\nEnsure Enterprise customers achieve measurable ROI and long-term success with TextYess.\nAct as the strategic owner of a small number of high-impact accounts.\nWhat you'll work on:\nLead structured onboarding for Enterprise clients, ensuring fast time-to-value.\nProactively monitor customer health and act early to prevent churn.\nBecome a deep product expert and help customers get the most out of TextYess’ features.\nIdentify expansion and upsell opportunities, collaborating closely with the sales team.\nGather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable input for product and engineering.\nCreate and maintain scalable Enterprise Customer Success resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs, playbooks).\nHelp customers measure, understand, and communicate the ROI of using TextYess.\nAct as the customer’s internal advocate, representing their needs, pain points, and ideas.\nLay the foundations for a scalable Enterprise Customer Success team, with the ambition to lead and grow it over time.\nAbout you:\nProven experience of at least 2–3 years in eCommerce.\nYou’ve already managed complex, high-value customers and feel comfortable owning long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nProactive, structured, and ownership-driven.\nComfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.\nCurious, empathetic, and genuinely excited about helping customers succeed.\nWhat we expect:\nWithin days:\nLearn our product, ICP, and Enterprise customer use cases.\nReview existing customers and identify early opportunities to improve adoption and retention.\nAlign closely with the CEO and Head of Sales & Success on priorities and expectations.\nWithin weeks:\nLead onboarding sessions for Enterprise customers.\nSet up lightweight health monitoring and feedback loops.\nDeliver quick wins that improve customer satisfaction and product usage.\nWithin months:\nOwn the entire Enterprise customer journey, from onboarding to renewal.\nBuild scalable Customer Success playbooks and processes.\nActively contribute to retention, upsell, and expansion strategies.\nBecome a trusted advisor for customers and a key voice inside TextYess.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary : The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €45K to €55K.\nStock Options : You'll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards.
