Responsibilities
Techno-commercial preparation of the project quotation taking all customer specific requests, into account and involves the Project Office in India; works together with/co-ordinates with internal and external vendors
Secure an accurate and appropriate customer service resulting in a long-term relationship and ensuring a customer retention for EPC business customers
Preparation of EPC project offers in line with the market and requirements in accordance with the company's objectives
Takes care of the EPC customers in alignment with the Area Sales Manager/Key Account Manager following all internal guidelines and assures that the quotations are done on time in the requested quality to fulfill the customer's requests
Price and cost calculations are done according to the EPC project business guidelines
Technical clarification of orders with clients and manufacturing locations as well as clarification and follow-up of PO changes
Technical and commercial order check in co-operation with Area Sales Manager and Project Execution Manager including internal kick-off meeting and external bid clarification meeting with the customer
Serves as the technical contact person for the customers, coordinating the development of application-specific technical solutions with the engineering and product management teams
Profile
Mother-tongue Italian speaker
Technical degree and English fluent
High written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
Skilled in time management, showing ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously
4/5 year experience in same position (preferred)
