We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Milan. At Marionnaud, we know that great customer experience starts long before the customer enters the store — it starts with having the right product, in the right place, at the right time. We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead this critical mission and play a central role in connecting commercial ambition with operational excellence. This is not just a planning role. You will be responsible for driving demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital — while leading a team and shaping the way we operate. You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and execution.
What you will doWe offer a competitive compensation package aligned with seniority and experience, typically in the €52,000–€60,000 gross annual salary range, plus a performance‑related bonus.
