Italy IT Internship | 6 months | Milan
For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our IT Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work in big transformation projects in a truly fast-paced international environment, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Supporting the management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the IT platforms acting as a valuable IT Business Partner for the main business functions
Contributing to the design, implementation, and enhancement of Target Operating Models
Collaborating with external consulting companies to steer activities
Being the point of contact for the Global IT team
Interfacing with local business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
Serving as a focal point for IT issues management conducting root cause analysis
Qualifications
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Are fluent in English and in Italian (at least B2), both written and spoken
Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complexity
Are able to manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities
Have a proactive and curious attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
