We're Hiring: Project Coordinator – Industrial Sector

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn challenges into successful outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that every phase of the project runs smoothly and according to plan:
* Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery
* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, suppliers, and partners
* Produce, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
* Interface with Project Engineers and technical departments to align priorities and technical requirements
* Collaborate closely with the project management team and follow internal best-practice guidelines
* Maintain clear and timely information flows between the company and the client
* Ensure all actions are executed within schedule and budget
* Gather feedback, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & Education
* 3–7 years of experience, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector
* Technical background (Engineering, Surveyor, Industrial Technical Diploma)
Skills & Professional Competencies
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Customer-oriented mindset and confidence in client interactions
* Ability to track work progress, identify risks, and proactively accelerate activities when needed
* Experience in structuring projects and managing multiple workstreams
* Ability to understand and oversee various workflows, acting as the focal point when stakeholders are not present
* Solid proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work autonomously and plan activities effectively
* Reliability, problem-solving attitude, and a strong sense of ownership
* Excellent team player with good English language skills
