Role : Freelance Operations Manager
* Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business organization strategies, focusing on operations and project management.
* Set up and utilize Project Management SaaS like Asana for planning, task assignment, monitoring, and managing company projects.
* Create and implement Agile project management methodologies to ensure an efficient and flexible workflow.
* Define and implement OKRs to measure company key objectives and results.
* Monitor project and operation performances, identifying obstacles promptly and proposing solutions.
* Work with internal teams to optimize operations and continuously improve business processes.
* Requirements
* Proven experience as a business organization expert or similar roles.
* Excellent mastery of Project Management SaaS and in-depth knowledge of Agile project management methods.
* Familiarity with OKR implementation and measuring business results.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
* Creativity, flexibility, and innovation mindset to address business challenges.
