This position is full-time and permanent. What you can expect in this role: Supporting cross-crop planning and logistics management with a holistic view of the regions of South Europe and MEA. Coordinating and steering the Planning & Logistics team, monitoring the correct execution of processes in terms of planning, documentation, and delivery times. Working in close collaboration with local and international suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery of products. Preparing and sharing reports and analysis regarding supply chain activities. Ensuring constant and proper communication and support to the production facilities and continuous knowledge exchange. Managing purchase and delivery processes of goods from various countries and production facilities, as well as daily activities connected to the entire supply chain. Participating in regional planning process activities in close collaboration with the countries in scope and regional management. What you bring in: Previous hands-on experience with planning and coordinating import-export operations and know-how on customs procedures. University graduate, preferably in business management. Non-degree holders with longer-term experience will also be considered. At least 5 years of overall professional experience in similar roles, preferably in international environments. Profound knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel. Good knowledge of SAP is a plus. Fluent in English and Italian ; French is an advantage. Analytical mindset and efficient organizational skills. Knowledge about the agricultural supply business is a plus. General understanding of supply chain processes in an international environment.
