Posizione
You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

IT diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
