Location Varese, Italy Role Title Insurance Telematics & Fleet Sales Sr Manager Role Purpose Manage, lead and develop the Insurance Telematics sales team at Vodafone Automotive. The team consists of five members located across multiple countries, handling both direct and indirect sales. Generate over €20 million in annual revenue and approximately €12 million in new business. Position Vodafone's leading telematics solutions among insurance clients (for both products and services) and fleet operators. Own and develop the global insurance telematics strategy across all markets and the fleet strategy in the EU5 region. Manage and engage with VBI, Opco markets, and partner markets. Achieve margin targets, with customer satisfaction as a primary deliverable. Create a robust sales pipeline and maximize revenue opportunities.
