PpWithin the Group Head Office and Thematic Audit function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liUndertaking insurance business audits (i.e. Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, Distribution, etc.), including Head Office Audit or Cross-Countries Audit /li liEnsuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (Italian/European) requirements /li liSupporting the Audit manager/Head of the function in preparing documentations that are part of the business as usual (i.e. Report for the Audit Management, quarterly reporting and hoc reporting) /li liPerforming of risk assessments and development of risk-oriented Audit programs /li liContributing to data analytics analysis and tests /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial /li liA minimum of 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in internal or external audit, or in key insurance business functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, product development, reinsurance, etc.) /li liExperience and/or knowledge of the Insurance business, including the processes, activities, practices, tools and considerations of life, health, PC and reinsurance /li liExperience and/or knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations /li liKnowledge and ability to evaluate and enhance internal control processes and capability of performing risk assessment and execute audits /li liGood written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to present and explain complex information and suggest process improvements to diverse audiences including senior level staff /li liGood knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access) /li liPassionate about AI Tools /li /ul pSoft Skills: /p ul liNegotiation and conflict‑management /li liDetail orientation and analytical skills /li liIntegrity, accountability, and adaptability /li liResilience and problem‑solving /li liStrategic and innovative thinking /li liTeamwork and global collaboration /li /ul pNice to have /p ul liProfessional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CFSA) would be an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
