We are looking for a: RSPP Responsibilities Here's what you'll be doing: - Collaborating with our Prevention and Protection Service to analyze and assess risks, as well as handle all the activities required by the role (according to Legislative Decree 81/200); - Managing our contracted companies, evaluating suppliers, and assessing interference risks (DUVRI) - Making sure we're in compliance with safety regulations, including drafting technical documentation for authorizations and permits; - Conducting analyses, audits, and inspections on our production site; - Overseeing employee health surveillance, working closely with our RLS and Company Doctor; - Taking charge of projects aimed at achieving improvement objectives based on the UNI EN 45001 standard. Your Profile Now, let's talk about the qualifications we're looking for: - A degree in technical, scientific, or engineering disciplines; - Experience as an RSPP either within a company or in consultancy firms specializing in safety; - A solid understanding of Italian and European safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08); - Familiarity with ISO45001 standards; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - The ability to work independently, but also thrive in a team environment; - Excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with public bodies; - Possession of the necessary professional requirements to carry out the role of RSPP (according to Legislative Decree 81/200); - Good command of the English language.
