Position OverviewAs a Material Management Specialist in the Industrial & Energy Technology team, you will be accountable for meeting inventory and on‐time delivery targets while driving an operating rhythm within the Gas Turbine and Compressor Line. You will interact closely with Project, Planning, Operations, Fulfillment and Engineering teams.Key Responsibilities Develop and drive an operating rhythm covering OTD and inventory.Coordinate with the Fulfillment Team to synchronize material availability.Build strong connections with Project Managers, Planners, Operations and Engineering to align on NCR resolution and OTD.Collaborate with line colleagues to set realistic operational goals and ensure completion.Communicate targets and progress across the line.Ensure all transactions comply with company rules.Own KPIs, focusing on OTD, VTC, VTS, VTF, inventory, and medium/short‐term outlook.Engage leadership to develop programs and processes that enhance productivity.Develop team talent and promote a culture of growth within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.High‐energy, self‐motivated, confident contributor willing to assume cross‐functional responsibilities.Strong prioritization and multi‐tasking skills.Excellent growth‐leadership skills with a global perspective.Strong oral and written communication in Italian and English.Experience working in a global, fast‐paced environment.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Knowledge of Gas Turbine and Compressor Line products and production processes.
