The Global Functions HR Business Partner role plays a pivotal part in driving organizational success through effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This strategic position partners with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR initiatives that foster a high-performing culture and drive business outcomes.
• Support line managers in organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Assess talent needs and support recruitment efforts to attract top candidates, leveraging market trends and internal equity.
• Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and work environment efficiently.
• Lead performance management and development programs, focusing on talent retention and growth opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment that drives employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
• Ensure compensation strategy aligns with market trends and internal equity, supporting the execution of compensation and benefits processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail or beauty sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
