The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine, special, and preventive maintenance on residential and industrial electrical systems, ensuring their proper operation in compliance with current safety regulations. They will collaborate with the Facility Management team in managing scheduled and emergency maintenance, preparing technical reports and documentation related to the work performed. They will also ensure compliance with operational timelines and company quality standards.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, preferably in electrical/electronics;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a facility management setting;
- Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems;
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation;
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and fire suppression systems;
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work independently; Willingness to work shifts;
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and users.
